Manage the design, implementation, and management of online and offline communication strategies and marketing activities Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan aligned with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities Create and manage marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction Implement online marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and raw lead generation Track campaign effectiveness and make course corrections as required Work closely with Procurement to manage communications spending and coordinate with vendors and agencies to create or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets Lead planning and implementation of PR and brand-related initiatives Assist with long-term branding strategy development aligned with business strategy Collaborate with colleagues worldwide across Sales, Product Marketing, Procurement, RA & QA, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to deliver in-year goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the IVD industry Experience in genetics, molecular biology, immunology, or biochemistry preferred Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand-generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel Strong written, graphical, and oral communication skills Knowledge of content development A strong network of PR and media contacts highly advantageous High level of attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills Adept at building relationships with different stakeholders Must be able to travel 20% of the time Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing multi-platform communications strategies and demand-generation programs, with a strong focus on brand alignment and stakeholder collaboration.
